When prospective hospital clients interact with our website to schedule demonstrations or request pricing proposals, we collect:

• Contact telephone/mobile number

• Facility type, bed capacity, and modules of interest
• Technical metadata (IP address, browser type) for spam prevention

We never collect patient clinical records, diagnostic results, or sensitive health information through our public marketing forms.

For hospitals deploying HealTether:

• Complete Hospital Ownership: All patient demographics, outpatient visits, inpatient ward records, doctor prescriptions, pharmacy stock, diagnostic laboratory reports, and billing data remain the exclusive property of the client hospital.
• Zero Data Monetization: Digicare Infotech and HealTether do not monetize, aggregate, or distribute client hospital health data.
• Local Server Privacy: When deployed on an on-premise local server, patient data remains physically confined within the hospital's local network.

5. ABDM & ABHA Data Protection

HealTether is officially certified by the National Health Authority (NHA) under the ABDM consent framework (M1, M2, M3). Patient health records are only shared across digital health networks upon verified patient consent authenticated via OTP. Digicare Infotech does not store Aadhaar biometric data.
