1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and form the commercial basis for HealTether software licensing, on-site implementation, and ongoing maintenance agreements provided by Digicare Infotech, Madurai, Tamil Nadu ("Company") as the authorized reseller and deployment partner for South Tamil Nadu.

2. Software Licensing & Deployment Scope

HealTether HMIS is licensed to healthcare institutions based on agreed operational parameters:

• Bed Capacity & Counter Scope: Software licenses are tailored to the hospital's registered bed capacity and active terminal stations.
• Installation Environment: Deployments may occur on an on-premise local server within the hospital or on authorized cloud infrastructure.
• Authorized Use: The client hospital is granted a non-exclusive license to operate HealTether HMIS for its internal clinical and administrative operations. Sub-licensing or unauthorized resale is prohibited.

3. On-Site Implementation & Training

Digicare Infotech provides agreed implementation support, including master data configuration, hardware compatibility checks, and hands-on staff training for receptionists, nurses, pharmacists, lab technicians, and billing staff in Madurai and across South Tamil Nadu.

4. Hospital Operational Responsibilities

The client healthcare facility is responsible for:

• Maintaining functioning computer hardware, local network cabling, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units.
• Enforcing clinical review and verification of all prescriptions, laboratory reports, and billing statements by licensed medical personnel.
• Safeguarding administrative user passwords and restricting unauthorized physical access to server terminals.
